The requirements set forth in this article shall govern the location of towers that exceed, and antennas that are installed at a height greater than, 50 feet.
The height limit for dwellings may be increased up to 45 feet and up to three stories; provided, that there are two side yards for each permitted use, each of which is ten feet or more, plus five feet or more of side yard for each additional foot of building height over 35 feet.

The zoning administrator shall have up to 120 days to circulate the plan to the relevant departments, boards and/or commissions; for written comments, and to notify the applicant of the action taken, which may be approved, approved subject to conditions or disapproved.
An approved site plan shall expire and become null and void if no building permit has been obtained for the site within 12 months after the final approval. The zoning administrator may, at the applicant's request, and prior to the expiration grant an extension of six months.
Such appeal shall be taken within 30 days after the decision appealed from by filing with the zoning administrator, and with the board, a notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof.
The board shall fix a reasonable time for the hearing of an application or appeal, give public notice thereof, as well as due notice to the parties in interest, and decide the same within 90 days of the filing of the application or appeal.
