The following uses and structures are permitted in the R-R district... In the R-R district, buildings may be erected up to 35 feet or two stories... The minimum lot area for permitted uses shall be two acres (87,120 square feet)... structures shall be located 100 feet or more from any street right-of-way... The permitted density in the R-R district shall not be more than one dwelling per lot.
