Sec. 34-907(a)

Rooftop and small-scale solar facilities may be installed by right in all zoning districts as an accessory use to provide electricity to individual structures; provided a site plan (as applicable) has been submitted to the zoning administrator for review and approval; all federal, state, and local regulations have been followed; and the system is located upon the property or structure being served.
