From the ordinance

The following uses and structures are permitted in the R-E residential estate district... In the R-E district, buildings may be erected up to 35 feet or two stories... The minimum lot area for permitted uses shall be one acre (43,560 square feet)... structures shall be located 75 feet or more from any street right-of-way... The minimum frontage for permitted uses located on a public road in the R-E district shall be 150 feet at the setback line.
