From the ordinance

In the A-1 district, any structure to be erected or land to be used shall be for one or more of the following uses... The minimum lot area for permitted uses in an A-1 district shall be two acres (87,120 square feet)... structures shall be located 100 feet or more from any street right-of-way... The permitted density in the A-1 district shall not be more than one dwelling per lot.
