Other

  • Landscaping required

    Any part of the shopping center area not used for buildings or other structures, parking, loading, pedestrian walks or access ways shall be landscaped with grass, trees or shrubs.

  • Screening required

    Landscaping or other devices shall be used to screen surrounding residential districts from open service, storage and loading operations with the shopping center.

  • Single ownership

    The land and the buildings and appurtenant facilities shall be in a single ownership, or under management or supervision of a central authority.

  • Underground utilities

    All buildings developed in the B-3 district shall be served wherever practicable by underground utilities.

In shopping center district B-3, the uses permitted shall include retail commercial and service establishments. Minimum site area 3 acres. Minimum distance from street ROW to building 35 ft. One sign not exceeding 80 sq ft. Parking ratio 1 per 200 sq ft.
