§ 125-2A1 standards

no building, structure, land or parts thereof shall be used or occupied, erected, constructed or assembled, moved, enlarged or structurally altered unless in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.

§ 125-2B1 standards

Uses not specifically identified as permitted in a zoning district either by right or by special use permit shall be prohibited.

§ 125-30.125 standards

The subject parcel or parcels shall be no less than 50 contiguous acres in area.

All proposals for motorsports facilities shall meet the following minimum standards: A minimum lot size of 50 acres shall be provided. All proposed uses, structures, and other developed or activity areas shall be located at least 100 feet from any adjoining property line. Lighting intensity at adjoining property lines shall not exceed 0.5 footcandles. No recurrent or sustained noise generated from the operation of the motorsports facility shall exceed 80dB(A) when measured from any adjoining property line.

§ 125-30.202 standards

The minimum size of the use area shall be five acres, which the drop zone contained fully within this use area. No structure used for or in conjunction with the use shall be located closer than 100 feet to any property line. No outdoor shooting activity shall be located closer than 300 feet to any property line.
