• Vegetated buffer width100 ft

  A minimum of a 100-foot vegetated buffer shall be maintained along all property lines.

  The excavation area shall be enclosed by a fence at least six feet in height, with a locked gate at all access points.

  The fence shall be set back at least 25 feet from the edge of the excavation area.

  The subject parcel or parcels shall be no less than 50 contiguous acres in area.

• Hours of operation

  Hours of operation shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. No operations shall occur on Sundays or federal holidays.
