The maximum size of any individual storage space or unit in a self-storage facility shall be 500 square feet.

No commercial activities of any kind shall occur within the facility other than rental of storage units. No repair of vehicles, furniture, or other materials or equipment shall occur within the facility.
- No hazardous storage
No storage of hazardous, toxic or explosive materials shall occur in the self-storage facility.
