Event venues shall only be permitted in the Woodland-Conservation (W-C) District, the Agricultural (A-1) District, and the Commercial (C-1) District. A special use permit is required for event venues in the Woodland-Conservation (W-C) District and the Agricultural (A-1) District. Event venues shall be allowed by right in the Commercial Zoning District.
