Permitted Uses: Manufactured homes. One single-family residence... Housing management offices... MHPs shall be located on a parcel of land no less than five acres. There shall be a minimum fifty-foot setback from the boundary of such parcel... If the parcel abuts a public street, there shall be a minimum of a one-hundred fifty-foot setback from the public street to a manufactured home lot. There shall be a maximum of 50 manufactured home lots... Each manufactured home lot shall contain not less than 10,000 square feet... MHPs containing six units or less may be served by on-site water and sewer systems. MHPs with more than six units shall be connected to public water and sewer...
