Housing of dogs
All dogs in a commercial kennel operation shall be housed in a fully enclosed building from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Waste disposal plan
Owner shall submit a plan for waste disposal meeting County approval, showing how wastewater from wash down is collected and disposal type.

Three hundred feet to any dwelling on adjoining property, reducible if affected adjoining landowner gives notarized consent stating agreed distance.
