§ 125-30.229 standards

Keeping of livestock, poultry and apiaries accessory to a principal dwelling shall be permitted, subject to the following minimum requirements for the numbers and types of animals permitted.

§ 125-30.2311 standards

Quarry operations are only permitted in the Agricultural (A-1) District, Woodland-Conservation (W-C) District, and Industrial (I-1) District. A special use permit is required.

§ 125-30.245 standards

If located inside a dwelling, catering facilities shall not change the character of the dwelling. Catering facilities shall not occupy more than 25% of the total floor area of the primary dwelling.

§ 125-30.248 standards

Small-scale solar energy systems (rooftop and ground-mounted) shall be permitted as an accessory use in all zoning districts, subject to the requirements of this section.
