A Conditional Use Permit is required to establish, maintain, or expand a mobilehome park. Public street frontages of a new mobilehome park shall be screened to a height between five feet and eight feet. One wall-mounted or freestanding sign not exceeding 20 square feet in sign area, or 40 square feet in total sign area.
