A new drive-through establishment, drive-through facility, or drive-through service that is subject to a Conditional Use Permit (Chapter 22.158) in Zones C-H, C-1, C-2, C-3, C-M, or C-MJ due to its proximity to sensitive uses in certain communities, is subject to all applicable development standards in this Section.
