Only one home-based occupation is permitted per dwelling unit. No more than one person not residing on the property may be employed, either for pay or as a volunteer, to work on the property as part of the home-based occupation. One on-site standard sized parking space shall be provided for such employee or volunteer in addition to other required parking set forth in this Title 22.
