The Residential Low-Medium 2 (RLM-2) Zone is intended to maintain existing residential neighborhoods while supporting a broader range of housing types and configurations, such as townhomes, duplexes, triplexes, apartments, and multi-family residential. The RLM-2 Zone provides individuals and households with a variety of housing options, including types and configurations which are affordable and accommodating for lifestyles in proximity to transit and services. This zone implements the Residential 30 General Plan Land Use Designation, which allows 20-30 du/net acre for residential uses.
