The Residential Low-Medium 1 (RLM-1) Zone is intended to maintain the existing residential neighborhood while supporting a broader range of housing types and configurations, such as single-family residential, townhomes, duplexes, and triplexes. The RLM-1 Zone provides individuals and households with affordable options in proximity to transit and services. This zone implements the Residential 18 General Plan Land Use Designation, which allows 0-18 du/net acre for residential uses.
