Live entertainment may be permitted as an accessory use in a legally existing bar, cocktail lounge, or restaurant having an occupancy load of less than 200 persons and located within an enclosed building in all zones where bars, cocktail lounges, or restaurants are permitted, and the building is in compliance with Subsection E, below.
