The mobilehome shall contain only one dwelling unit not to exceed 12 feet in width and shall have no structural attachments.

A mobilehome may be used as a temporary residence only while a building permit for the construction of such residence is in full force and effect.

A mobilehome may be used as a temporary residence for the owner and his family during the construction of a permanent residence. The mobilehome shall contain only one dwelling unit not to exceed 12 feet in width.
