From the ordinance
The noncommercial keeping of chickens shall be permitted as an accessory use in the Willowbrook Residential 1 Zone, subject to the following provisions: No more than five chickens per residence are allowed, located within the rear yard and kept outside the dwelling unit; All such chickens shall be kept in an enclosure within the rear yard and located a minimum of 35 feet from any habitable building; Roosters shall not be permitted; and The occasional sale of eggs or chicken incidental to the keeping of chicken as a hobby shall not constitute a commercial use.
