General provisions

Section 3-6-8(C)(1)1 standards

Site Plans shall be approved or disapproved within 60 days after it has been officially submitted for approval or, if state agency review is required, within 35 days of receipt of approvals from all reviewing agencies.

The intent of this district is to permit certain larger scale manufacturing with outside storage, warehousing, and/or product display.

Resort Communities shall be served by centralized water and sewer utilities. All new utility lines shall be placed underground. Setbacks at the edge of the RC District shall conform to the setback requirements of the adjoining district, or to the setback requirements of the RC District, whichever is greater. Accessory structures are not permitted in front yards. In dwellings, the maximum windowsill height on the second floor shall be 21 feet above average grade. Non-residential structures may be erected to a height of 50 ft.; provided that required front, side, and rear setback minimum standards shall be increased 1 foot for each foot in height over 45 ft.

Section 4-8-413 standards

The regulations of this Article are intended to permit Mixed-Use Development Districts in the Courthouse West primary settlement area and the Route 3/Route 301 primary settlement area

Section 5-2-1(A)18 standards

The Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Overlay (CBPA) shall apply to all lands identified as Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas (CBPAs) as designated by the Board of Supervisors and as shown on the Chesapeake Bay Map.

Section 5-2-7 and 5-2-85 standards
