Density

The allocated densities for each respective district shall not be exceeded, as described in Table IV-9.

The setback requirement for any building on a cluster lot which abuts a lot located outside the cluster development, shall be not less than the greater of such requirements.

Cluster development as allowed by the provisions of this article shall be permitted only in the following districts: A-2, A-3, R-1, R-2, R-3. All cluster developments shall provide open space in accordance with Table IV-9.
