Height

- Building materials
Brick or stone-faced foundations shall be used for all buildings. Major commercial buildings shall be constructed primarily of brick. Aluminum siding, vinyl siding, and sheeted siding shall not be permitted for non-residential structures. Prefabricated metal buildings are not permitted.

- Roof materials and colors
