The Director shall require the landowner to correct the problems within a specified period of time not to exceed 18 months from their initial notification of the deficiencies to the landowner.

Prior to clearing or grading, suitable protective barriers, such as safety fencing, shall be erected 5 ft. outside of the dripline of any tree or stand of trees to be preserved.

The Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Overlay (CBPA) shall apply to all lands identified as Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas (CBPAs) as designated by the Board of Supervisors and as shown on the Chesapeake Bay Map.
