  • Alternative lot sizes

    With community/public water or sewer: 1 acre; No community/public water or sewer: 2 acres.

  • Maximum per lot1 dwelling

    Maximum of 1 accessory dwelling per lot.

  • The floor area of a detached or attached accessory dwelling shall not exceed 800 sq. ft. or 35% of the finished floor area of the principal dwelling, whichever is greater.

  • Minimum rental period30 days

    An accessory dwelling shall not be offered, leased, or rented for tenancies of less than 30 days.
