Section 8-5-7 and 8-5-87 standards

Off-street parking spaces shall be a minimum width of 9 ft. and a minimum length of 18 ft. ... Where more than 10 spaces are required, a maximum of 30% of the required spaces may be reduced to a minimum width of 8 ft. and a minimum length of 16 ft. ... Bicycle parking: 1 bicycle parking space for every 30 required off-street parking spaces, maximum 10.

Section 8-5-92 standards

1 bicycle parking space for every 30 required off-street parking spaces. The maximum number of required bicycle parking spaces shall be 10.

Section 8-6-1 through 8-6-918 standards

Sign regulations for all districts. Sign setbacks: signs less than 10 ft in height: min 5 ft from ROW; signs 10 ft or greater: min 15 ft from ROW. Illumination: max 700 nits day, 500 nits night.

Section 8-9-1 through 8-9-31 standards

A nonconforming use may be changed to another nonconforming use of the same or of a more restricted classification.

Section 9-2-22 standards

The side yard requirements for existing nonconforming lots which are under 60 feet in width may be reduced to 10% of the lot width. However, in no case shall the side yard requirement be reduced to less than 5 feet.

Section 9-2-31 standards

A nonconforming structure or nonconforming improvement may continue as it existed when it became nonconforming. A nonconforming structure or nonconforming improvement shall not be reconstructed, altered, or expanded in any manner, except as provided in this Section.

Section 9-2-43 standards

On any nonconforming structure or portion of a structure containing a nonconforming use, work may be done in any period of 12 consecutive months if: Such repair constitutes routine maintenance necessary to keep the structure or improvement in the same general condition...

Short-Term Rental Regulations (Article 7-3)3 standards
