Article 7, Section 49 standards

Sec. 8.2-8.32 standards

It shall be unlawful for any person to park any mobile home or office building on any street, alley, or other public place or on any tract of land owned by any person, occupied or unoccupied, with the town, except within a mobile home park as established by or under the zoning regulations, approved by the health department; provided, that the temporary stopping or parking of a mobile home for no more than two (2) hours or in an emergency is permitted; provided further, a permit for the temporary use of a mobile home or office building may be issued by the building official upon approval by the town manager for advertising, educational, health, office, or storage purposes.

The purpose of this district is to provide for a wide variety of manufacturing, fabricating, processing, wholesale distributing and warehousing uses appropriately located for access by major thoroughfares or railroads.

No structure (temporary or permanent), fill, deposit, obstruction, storage of materials or equipment or other uses shall be permitted, which acting alone or in combination with existing or future uses, unduly affects the efficiency or the capacity of the floodway or unduly increases flood heights.

Section 12 - FP Flood Plain District6 standards

To enable the district to operate in harmony with the plan for land use and population density embodied in these regulations, the FP Flood Plain District is created as a special district to be superimposed on other districts.
