Floodplain

Land may be filled provided such fill does not encroach into the Floodway Zone and provided such fill extends 25 feet beyond the limits of any structure erected thereon.

No building or structure shall be erected, and no existing building or structure shall be moved or altered unless the main floor of said building or structure is at a higher elevation than the 100-year flood.
