Section 12. FP Flood Plain District4 standards

Article III, Section 9-17 ((b) Overlay Concept) of this Code shall delineate and establish the FP Floodplain Districts as overlays to the existing underlying zoning districts

Section 2 - RR Rural Residential District4 standards

Accessory dwelling units are permitted by special exception approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals. Minimum street frontage is fifty (50) feet. If street is less than fifty (50) feet in width front yard shall be at least sixty (60) feet measured from centerline.

Section 2 - RR Rural Residential District3 standards

The purpose of this district is to provide for more spacious single-family residential areas and for areas not yet urban where agricultural uses are appropriate.

Section 4 - Interpretation1 standards

If, because of error or omission in the Zoning District Map, any property in the jurisdiction of this Ordinance is not shown as being a zoning district, the classification of such property shall be classified R-1 Single-Family Residential, until changed by amendment.

Section 511 standards

For office and studio uses and for clinics and funeral homes the minimum lot size shall be twenty thousand (20,000) square feet with minimum lot width of one hundred (100) feet. Building coverage shall be limited to a maximum of fifty (50) percent of lot area. Total width of both side yards shall be at least twenty-five (25) feet. Height of office buildings is limited to three (3) stories.

Section 8 (Home Occupations)12 standards

A home occupation or any storage of goods, materials, or products connected with a home occupation shall be allowed in accessory structures or garages, attached or detached, provided that the gross floor area used for such uses does not exceed twenty (20) percent of the gross floor area of the principal building.

Section 9.316 standards

A home occupation shall be incidental to the use of a dwelling unit for residential purposes. No more than twenty (20) percent of the gross floor area of the dwelling unit may be used in connection with a home occupation or for storage purposes in connection with a home occupation.
