Parking of mobile homes or office buildings outside approved mobile home parks is prohibited except for temporary parking (max 2 hours) or emergency, or with a permit for temporary use for advertising, educational, health, office, or storage purposes.
From the ordinance
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any mobile home or office building on any street, alley, or other public place or on any tract of land owned by any person, occupied or unoccupied, with the town, except within a mobile home park as established by or under the zoning regulations, approved by the health department; provided, that the temporary stopping or parking of a mobile home for no more than two (2) hours or in an emergency is permitted; provided further, a permit for the temporary use of a mobile home or office building may be issued by the building official upon approval by the town manager for advertising, educational, health, office, or storage purposes.
