A solid masonry or concrete wall six feet in height shall adjoin a property line in an R district or an alley opposite an R district. Within the required front yard, the wall shall not exceed four feet in height. The parking lot use shall be limited to the hours between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

17.28.1156 standards

A specialty shop may be permitted subject to approval of a conditional use permit. The mix of uses cannot be more than 60 percent retail and food sales and 40 percent restaurant of the floor area being used. Parking shall be provided in compliance with Chapter 17.36, except the number of parking spaces shall be established through the Conditional Use Permit. No loading space shall be required.
