On lots less than 60 feet in width in the RM-32 district, the maximum height of structures is 23 feet to the top plate and 32 feet to the highest ridge line.

On lots 60 feet in width or greater, the maximum height in the front 60 percent of the site is 24 feet to the highest ridgeline (can be increased to 32 feet through Design Review if not adjacent to RS or RM-12). In the rear 40 percent, maximum height is 36 feet to the highest ridgeline.

On sites with 60 feet or more of street frontage, at least 50 percent of the site width shall be occupied by building volume at the front setback. On sites with less than 60 feet, at least 40 percent.
