  • On sites with 60 feet or more of street frontage, at least 50 percent of the site width shall be occupied by building volume at the front setback.

The following minimum standards for building setbacks apply... minimum front setback shall be 20 feet. In the RM-16 district... maximum height of structures is 23 feet to the top plate and 32 feet to the highest ridge line.
