Converted accessory dwelling units, as defined in Section 17.80.020 and meeting the requirements of Section 17.50.275, are permitted in PD zoning districts that allow single-family residential uses.

No use other than an existing use as of the effective date of the ordinance enacting this Subsection shall be allowed in a PD zoning district except in compliance with a valid PD plan.
