17.76.110

Lot area shall be not less than twenty thousand (20,000) square feet. The minimum average width of that portion of a lot to be used as a building site shall be one hundred (100) feet with a minimum average depth of one hundred fifty (150) feet. The side yard shall not be less than ten (10) feet. The rear yard shall not be less than fifty (50) feet.

17.76.1201 standards

Lot area shall be not less than two and one-half gross acres. The minimum average width of that portion of a lot to be used as a building site shall be fifty (50) feet with a minimum average depth of eighty (80) feet. The minimum frontage of a lot shall be forty (40) feet.

17.76.130

The development standards for Planning Area 36 of Specific Plan No. 286 shall be the same as those standards identified in Article IXb, Section 9.53 of Ordinance No. 348.

17.76.1403 standards

Not less than twenty (20) percent of a project area shall be used for open area or recreational facilities, or a combination thereof. The height of buildings shall not exceed thirty-five (35) feet and the distance between buildings shall be ten (10) feet.

17.76.1501 standards

Lot area shall be not less than four gross acres. The minimum average width of that portion of a lot to be used as a building site shall be fifty (50) feet with a minimum average depth of eighty (80) feet. The minimum frontage of a lot shall be forty (40) feet.

17.76.1603 standards

The minimum average width of that portion of a lot to be used as a building site shall be sixty (60) feet with a minimum average depth of one hundred (100) feet. The rear yard shall be not less than twenty (20) feet.

The development standards for Planning Area 48 of Specific Plan No. 286 shall be the same as those standards identified in Article IXb, Section 9.53 of Ordinance No. 348.
