22.366.0902 standards

Properties shall be neatly maintained, and yard areas shall be free of debris, trash, lumber, overgrown or dead vegetation, broken or discarded furniture, and household equipment. Trash containers and dumpsters stored in the front or side yard areas shall be screened from view.

Except as herein modified, all new signs in all zones shall conform to Chapter 22.114 (Signs). Signs regulated by this Section shall not be erected or displayed, unless a building permit is first obtained.
