In Zones M-1 and M-1.5, any use otherwise authorized in Zone C-3, as described in Chapter 22.20 (Commercial Zones), shall be subject to the standards and review provisions prescribed for all Commercial and Mixed Use Zones, as contained in Subsection F.3.
