Signage
- Exempt signs
Future tenant signs max 32 sq ft, grand opening signs max 32 sq ft, window signs max 3 sq ft, temporary window signs max 25% of window area, directory signs max 6 sq ft, affiliation signs max 1 sq ft each and max 3 per business.
- Exposed neon signs7 ft
A sign internally illuminated or employs exposed neon shall be placed at least seven feet above finished grade.

Building identification signs max 4 sq ft, temporary construction signs max 40 sq ft, directional signs max 4 sq ft, bulletin/special-event signs max 12 sq ft, projecting signs, awning signs, wall business signs, monument signs with landscaping twice the sign face area.

From the ordinance
Except as herein modified, all new signs in all zones shall conform to Chapter 22.114 (Signs). Signs regulated by this Section shall not be erected or displayed, unless a building permit is first obtained.
