No use may be made of land within any airport approach zone, horizontal zone, conical zone or airport transition zone, in such a manner as to create electrical interference with radio communication between the airport and aircraft making it difficult for pilots to distinguish between airport lights and other lights, resulting in glare in the eyes of the pilots using the airport, impairing visibility in the vicinity of the airport, or otherwise endangering the landing, takeoff or maneuvering of aircraft.

Subdivision map applications proposing to create parcels primarily for residential development shall not be approved in areas outside of fire protection districts unless conditioned upon annexation to a district, formation of a new district, or approval of fire protection services with an equivalent level of safety.

Land use in an R-S district is limited to the following: Lodges, motels, hotels, housekeeping rooms, overnight cabins and guest ranches; small retail stores and convenience stores; bars, taverns and restaurants; curio shops; dancehalls.
Land uses in this district are limited to the following: 1. Lodges, inns, cabins, hotels, clubs, townhouses, duplexes, housekeeping rooms, bed and breakfast, guest ranch, condominiums, assisted living, single-family and multifamily dwellings including timeshares/fractional ownership;
