§ 18.72.010 Permitted uses on January 1, 1999.#
Permitted uses shall be as follows for lands zoned A-F on January 1, 1999:
- Single-family dwelling or mobile home;
- Quarters for labor or servants employed on the premises.

§ 18.72.020 Permitted uses.#
Permitted uses shall be as follows for all lands zoned A-F:
- Management of land and forests for the production and harvest of trees and other natural resources, including tree farming;
- Management of land and forests in a manner designed to provide protection from fire caused either by man or nature, insects, disease or other catastrophe;
- Logging, primary processing plants and operations, and accessory buildings and uses.

§ 18.72.030 Uses requiring a use permit on January 1, 1999.#
The following uses may be allowed only on lands zoned A-F on January 1, 1999, and shall be subject to first securing a use permit in each case: Outdoor advertising signs and structures other than those appurtenant to any permitted use. Such signs and structures shall be at least one thousand feet apart when on the same side of a public road§ and at least five hundred feet apart when on opposite sides.§

§ 18.72.040 Uses requiring a use permit.#
The following uses may be allowed on all lands zone A-F and shall be subject to first securing a use permit in each case: Other uses which are incidental to the primary purpose of an A-F district, including but not limited to permanent wood processing installations.
