From the ordinance
No permanent structures for human habitation or shelter shall be allowed. Uses allowed by right: agricultural uses; hunting, fishing and outdoor recreational pursuits; mineral exploration, but not removal; timber production and harvesting. Uses allowed by use permit: excavation of minerals, earth or construction materials; hydroelectric power plants.
