Other

  • Buildings accessory to the permitted use are allowed, provided they meet the provisions of the development standards and area requirements of this part.

  • Activity screening

    All activities shall take place within confined areas, and shall be securely fenced, or otherwise securely contained, and shall be screened from view from public roadways and adjoining properties.

  • Design review

    All development shall be subject to design review according to the provisions of this title.

  • all equipment shall be screened by a wall, fence, or landscaping screen not less than six feet in height.

  • Off-street loading space requirement

    one space for each five thousand square feet of gross floor area, or remainder portions thereof, except for buildings greater than ten thousand square feet, two spaces shall be provided and one space for every thirty-five thousand square feet thereafter.

  • Minimum loading space size

    Minimum loading space shall be twelve feet by twenty-two feet.

  • Parking lot tree requirement

    For uncovered parking areas with sixteen or more spaces, the minimum landscaping required shall be one tree, within the parking area, of a species suited to the area climate zone for every eight parking spaces to provide shade and visual diversity.

  • R zone buffer

    These required yards shall totally contain a landscaped buffer zone, which shall be designed to buffer and screen the R zones from the industrial use.

  • Any off-street parking areas provided in a required front or side yard setback shall be separated from streets and adjacent property by a five-foot minimum landscaped strip, except when required yards abut, adjoin, or directly face R zones.
