Sec. 48-10054 standards

Uses which do not conform to all applicable requirements of this chapter shall, upon the effective date of the ordinance from which this division is derived, become nonconforming. No use which is made nonconforming by virtue of the adoption of the ordinance from which this division is derived shall be expanded, extended or enlarged in any way that would increase the off-street parking requirement unless and until such increased requirement is satisfied.
