Substandard lots: side yard min 20% of lot width but not less than 7.5 ft; rear yard min 30% of lot depth but not less than 20 ft. Front yards in R districts: average of neighbors, min 30 ft in R-1A, 25 ft in R-1B, max 50 ft.
