Sec. 48-972(b)(2)1 standards

In new construction, the term of validity of an agreement for the use of off-street parking facilities to fulfill the requirements of this division shall be at least ten years or, in the case of the parking being provided for a specific tenant, the term of the lease, whichever is greater.
