MUR option 1 may be utilized only where the MUR 1 symbol appears on the future land use plan map of the comprehensive plan within the R-M, T-1, T-2, B-1, B-3, or M-1 zoning districts. ... All MUR option 1 applications are subject to the following building heights: Within the MUR 1 option, the areas defined by the curbs of West Broad Street or South Maple Avenue and 200 feet beyond those curbs, there is a maximum building height of 75 feet.
