The flood hazard overlay district shall serve as a supplement to the underlying district provisions.

The maximum permitted average maintained illumination measured vertically and horizontally shall not exceed 2.0 footcandles in residential and R-PRD districts; 5.0 footcandles in commercial and industrial districts. Where a parking lot abuts a residential district or a public right-of-way, a landscaping strip of at least ten feet in width shall be located between the parking lot and the abutting property line. No planting, sign, structure, fence, or other obstruction to visibility greater than three feet in height shall be erected, placed, allowed to grow, or maintained within a visibility triangle on any corner lot. The sides being 20 feet in length along the right-of-way lines.
Off-street parking spaces, including residential uses, shall be a minimum width of nine feet and a minimum length of 18 feet. Bicycle parking shall be required for all commercial developments in the DT, C1, and C2 districts requiring 25 or more parking spaces, and all multi-family developments. Four bicycle parking spaces for the first 25 required off-street parking spaces, each additional 50 parking spaces shall require one additional bicycle space, maximum 20.
The discharge of fuel, oil, solvents, anti-freeze, and/or other pollutants, hazardous materials, or flammable substances into any public sewer, storm drainage, or other surface waters is prohibited.

Unless otherwise specified in this ordinance or specified as a condition of approval, the height limits, setbacks, lot area, sign requirements, and other specified standards shall be the same as for other uses in the district in which the conditional use is located.
