This residential district allows for the most variation of dwelling types. Other permitted uses include those compatible with residential neighborhoods, such as public, civic, and recreational (schools, parks, churches) and limited commercial development unlikely to generate high traffic and crowds of customers. Non-residential principal structures in residential districts may be erected to a height of 50 ft.
