- Prohibition on discharge of hazardous materials
The discharge of fuel, oil, solvents, anti-freeze, and/or other pollutants, hazardous materials, or flammable substances into any public sewer, storm drainage, or other surface waters is prohibited.
- Emergency spill notification contingency plan
The owner/operator shall prepare an emergency spill notification contingency plan to be approved by the city and posted on the premises before the issuance of any occupancy permits.
